Hurtt Clinic in Tustin, California is seeking a full-time Call Center Representative. You will answer incoming calls, route to the right department, and schedule patient appointments across medical services at our on-site clinic.
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills. Prior call center or medical receptionist experience is preferred; knowledge of EMR is a plus. On-site position with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and occasional rotating Saturday mornings.
