Customer Service Rep

Order Entry & Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a reliable and organized Order Entry & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This person will enter customer orders, answer phone calls and emails, help resolve customer and shipping issues, and work with other departments to make sure orders are processed on time. This is a fast-paced, high-volume data entry position. The employee will be expected to enter approximately 35– 45 orders per day.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails professionally.
• Respond to Order Desk inquiries.
• Check orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Work with Accounts Receivable, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to process orders.
• Help resolve shipping problems and customer complaints.
• Follow up on order issues and provide timely solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and information.
• Ask for help or guidance when needed.
• Work well with team members and support daily operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Call center or order entry experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to use a calculator.
• Good communication and phone skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good time-management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle urgent issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
