we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven guide (sales consultant) to join our team at dental implants gps. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships (b2c), driving sales growth, and providing a consultative approach to understand customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals. - schedule : monday-thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm
- location : tustin, ca
- time to recharge:
- pto accrual
- sick time accrual, with rollover.

- conducting consultations with patients to understand their oral health needs, goals, and expectations.
- providing detailed information about the benefits, process, and expected outcomes of full arch implant procedures.
- assisting patients in making informed decisions by presenting treatment options and addressing any concerns or questions.
- developing customized treatment plans and cost estimates for patients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- collaborating with the dental team to coordinate treatment schedules and ensure seamless patient experiences.
- following up with patients to answer additional inquiries, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
- building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, focusing on patient satisfaction and retention.
- attending relevant dental conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- keeping accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
- experience as a sales consultant or a similar role, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
- proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
- bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- proficiency in crm software (salesforce) and ms office.
