Base pay range: $33.00/hr - $36.00/hr
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1‑hour unpaid lunch)

In this role, you will support reliability and manufacturing testing including Level 3+ ADAS, telematics, infotainment, battery management, and zonal ECUs. You will work closely with engineering leads to bring up hardware, execute automated test procedures, review and report test data, build first articles, redline schematics, and troubleshoot failures.
You’ll contribute directly to the development and deployment of custom automated test solutions involving internal software, low‑level firmware, data platforms, and electromechanical hardware. These systems are used internally, in external labs, and at contract manufacturing sites.
Top Skills & Responsibilities- Operate software interfaces to run test equipment during hardware bring‑up.
- Own calibration, setup, and operation of environmental test equipment, including thermal and vibration chambers.
- Troubleshoot, root‑cause, and document failures related to DUTs, test equipment, and wiring harnesses.
- Operate test software tools to exercise and validate hardware under test.
- Validate system functionality using oscilloscopes, power analyzers, power supplies, DMMs, and other standard lab instruments.
- Perform mechanical and electrical setup, calibration, and maintenance of thermal/vibration chambers.
- Perform circuit board modifications including soldering, desoldering, component rework, and ECO‑related changes.
- Support commissioning and deployment of new automated test systems.
- Review test data, compile reports, and assist with documentation updates such as redlined schematics.
- Technical degree or relevant hands‑on experience in electronics testing.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and component data sheets.
- 5+ years of experience building Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or industrial automation systems.
- Proficient with standard hand tools and power tools.
- Experience with soldering, PCB rework, and electronic assembly.
- Skilled in electrical testing using oscilloscopes, meters, supplies, analyzers, etc.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Ability to lift/move test boxes, instrumentation, and lab equipment.
- Strong hands‑on, proactive approach with the ability to identify and fill operational or technical gaps.
