Junior Recruiter

About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic Sourcer to join our team onsite in Long Beach, CA. This role will focus on supporting our recruiting efforts by identifying and engaging candidates through various sourcing strategies. The Sourcer will work closely with recruiters to build strong talent pipelines and support hiring needs across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify candidates using job boards, ATS, Linked In, and other tools.
• Research and generate new leads for current and future hiring needs.
• Update and maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with posting jobs and managing inbound applications.
• Partner with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and deliver qualified candidates.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and participate in sourcing strategy discussions.

• Extensive hands-on training in sourcing, recruiting, and applicant tracking systems.
• A clear path for career growth into a Recruiter role.
• Exposure to a wide range of industries and positions.
• Valuable experience working alongside experienced recruiting professionals.

• Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and research skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience with ATS platforms or sourcing tools is a plus, but not required.
