Description

About the Role: The Senior Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for Foothill Regional Medical Center (part of Astrana Health), focusing on clinical and hospital-based roles. This individual will serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for hospital leadership, developing strategic sourcing pipelines and ensuring a high-quality hiring experience. The Senior Recruiter will leverage labor market insights, community outreach, and strong consultative capabilities to attract top talent aligned with Astrana Health’s mission.

What

You’ll Do
  • Lead the recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance for hospital roles including nursing, allied health, patient services, administrative, and clinical support positions.
  • Build strong relationships with hospital leadership, hiring managers, and HR partners to proactively forecast staffing needs and advise on talent strategies.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies (job boards, networking, community outreach, referrals, social recruiting, etc.) to reach passive and diverse candidate pools.
  • Ensure best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication, interview coordination, feedback, and onboarding transition.
  • Manage hiring pipelines and applicant tracking workflows with accuracy and compliance (ATS usage, documentation, credential verification coordination).
  • Track recruitment metrics, market trends, turnover drivers, and provide data‑driven insights to leadership.
  • Support employer branding within the local labor market, including university programs and career fair partnerships.
  • Participate in process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation ranges, labor availability, competitive positioning, and licensure requirements for clinical roles.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; at least 2 years in a healthcare and/or hospital environment strongly preferred
    .
  • Proven success recruiting for clinical and high-volume hospital positions (RNs, LVNs, CNAs, imaging, respiratory care, etc.)
  • Strong consultative skills with ability to influence partners and drive hiring decisions.
  • Familiarity with credentialing considerations and regulatory requirements for healthcare roles.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics;
    Pinpoint experience a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and candidate relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work onsite at Foothill Regional Medical Center 2-3 days per week.

Job Requirements and Working Conditions
  • This role follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work 2-3 days in office. The office is located at 600 City Pkwy W, Orange, CA 92868 and the hospital is located at 14662 Newport Ave, Tustin, CA 92780.
  • The target base salary pay range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000. This salary range represents our national target range for this role.
