- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills; ability to create and interpret dashboards and metrics
- Strong understanding of job evaluation and leveling methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly
- HR certification (CCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus
- Market pricing expertise using tools like Pay Scale or
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and familiarity with HRIS systems
- High attention to confidentiality and a process improvement mindset
- Knowledge of pay transparency laws and wage/hour regulations
