The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in IT and at least 2 years of experience in Help Desk or IT support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing service desk requests, and ensuring that employees have access to the tools they need to perform their jobs effectively.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
