Description

We are a leading distributor in the tile, stone, and flooring industry with a strong commitment to innovation, customer service, and operational excellence. We are implementing Hub Spot company-wide to better connect our sales, marketing, and operations teams - and we need a world-class Hub Spot Admin & Automation Manager to lead this effort onsite at our Tustin headquarters.

This is an opportunity to own, optimize, and innovate our CRM environment, ensuring it becomes the central nervous system of our sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, configure, and customize Hub Spot pipelines, fields, workflows, permissions, and dashboards to fit our business processes.
  • Build advanced automations for lead routing, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Integrate Hub Spot with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics for unified, real-time reporting.
  • Maintain data cleanliness and governance, including deduplication, formatting standards, and enrichment.
  • Create internal documentation and SOPs for Hub Spot processes.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to align Hub Spot functionality with sales and operational goals.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users during rollout and beyond.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Hub Spot CRM administration experience (Sales Hub & Marketing Hub).
  • Strong skills with automation tools (Hub Spot Workflows, , Zapier, n8n).
  • Power BI dashboard creation and data model integration experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics integrations.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive mindset - always looking for ways to make systems better.
