Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Experienced Family Law Attorney - Join Our Boutique Firm in Tustin, CAWe're a boutique family law firm with a warm, team-oriented culture, and we're looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney (Minimum 3+ years preferred) to join our growing practice.

- Confident handling court appearances, discovery, and client strategy
- Strong legal writing and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment
- Strong writing skills and ability to draft and analyze persuasive legal documents
- Demonstrated knowledge of California Family Law Codes and Court Rules
- Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing
- Relocation Bonus of $10,000
- Handle family law cases from start to finish
- Prepare Motions, RFO's, Research, P&As, and ancillary pleadings
- Draft disclosures with client
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Extensive trial and evidentiary hearing experience
Critical thinking is a must; detailed oriented; computer skills, organizational skills; essential forms; dissomaster; and research skills.
