We manufacture custom medical cable assemblies that doctors and patients literally depend on. Quality is non-negotiable, excuses are not tolerated, and second shift is when the real work gets done.

We need a tough, decisive, no-nonsense 2nd Shift Supervisor who can walk onto the floor, take ownership of the entire operation, and drive results every day.

This is not a hand-holding or participation‑trophy role. It's about getting production out the door at 100% quality while keeping everyone aligned on their roles.

• Run a tight, high‑output 2nd shift, hit numbers daily, no exceptions
• Hold every operator accountable; zero tolerance for repeated mistakes or bad attitudes
• Fix problems immediately instead of scheduling meetings about them
• Maintain zero‑defect quality (this is medical; lives are on the line)
• Keep materials flowing and eliminate waste
• Deliver short, honest shift reports, no fluff, no sugar‑coating
• Drive constant improvement; good enough today is not good enough tomorrow

• 5+ years on a manufacturing floor, minimum 2 years directly supervising production teams
• Proven history of turning around shifts or teams that were missing targets
• Direct, straightforward communication, you say it once, mean it, and follow through
• Thick skin and backbone; you don't crumble when things get intense
• Solid knowledge of lean principles, safety regs, and ERP/MRP systems
• Medical device experience = big advantage
• Full availability for 2nd shift (2:00 PM 10:30 PM) + flexibility for overtime when needed

• $65,000 $ 85,000 base salary based on real results and experience
