In this opportunity, you will learn how to identify properties with renovation potential, evaluate value, and guide clients through pricing and resale strategies. You will work alongside experienced producers and investors while using proven systems to source opportunities, manage conversations, and move transactions forward with confidence.

With structured coaching, ongoing mentorship, and a collaborative team environment, you will continue sharpening negotiation skills, expanding investment knowledge, and building a steady pipeline of motivated buyers and sellers who value expertise in the flip and value‑add space.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
