The Sales Administration Manager supports the commercial success of the organization by ensuring seamless process, data management and cross‑functional collaboration across the sales journey. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, equipped with best practices in highest‑end consumer goods/services sales, and has an instinct to prioritizing an excellent customer experience.
This person will work hybrid onsite in Tustin Monday–Thursday and WFH Friday.
Responsibilities- Manage sales opportunities across the sales funnel and across customer types (private astronaut, research, etc.) within Salesforce, ensuring data integrity for each individual’s sales journey and for the database broadly.
- Closely monitor all live sales opportunities, flagging priorities and driving timely follow‑up actions for the Sales Team.
- Manage sales‑related inbox, ensuring inquiries are responded to promptly and routed correctly.
- Interact with customers as appropriate (e.g., in scheduling sales consultations), representing the company in a professional and on‑brand way.
- Track and report on third‑party referral fees, ensuring accuracy and timely inputs.
- Process payments and support refunds in coordination with finance.
- Manage required reporting on sales‑related data.
- Serve as primary sales‑related liaison across departments to ensure alignment on customer touchpoints, sales progress, and operational updates.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks and sales operations to improve efficiency.
- Create a positive and motivating sales environment, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within high‑end consumer products/services.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM (hands‑on management of sales opportunities, data integrity, process improvement, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a polished, customer‑centric demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
