We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a rehab team in Twenty nine Palms, California
.
This role offers a consistent 5x8 schedule in a supportive environment, making it a perfect opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while exploring the beauty of the Southern California desert.
- Active California PT license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience (outpatient or rehab preferred)
- Strong background in ortho, neuro, and functional rehab
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Implement evidence-based therapy interventions to restore mobility and independence
- Track patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab and care teams
- Provide patient and family education to support long-term success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and state standards
