Predicate Logic is seeking a motivated IM/COC Instructor to join our team in Twenty-Nine Palms, CA
.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Applicant must have a DoD personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver classroom instruction, practical exercises, and scenario-based training for the Intelligence Management/Combat Operations Center (IM/COC) course.
- Provide subject matter expertise on the C2 family of systems, including C2PC, Tactical Common Server (TCS), JBC-P, TAK/ATAK, MMC (Mounted Mission Command), and MCH (Marine Corps Handheld).
- Support training in battle staff functions, watch officer/COC operations, and ISR-to-operations integration.
- Assist with curriculum execution, lesson updates, and training material revisions in accordance with SAT-E standards.
- Conduct system demonstrations and hands-on labs replicating COC operations (COP management, ISR tasking, targeting support).
- Mentor Marines on operational employment of IM/COC systems in alignment with mission requirements.
- Collaborate with training commands, program offices, and MEF-level staff to maintain instructional relevance.
- Follow security protocols and accreditation standards.
- Support the collection, processing, analysis, and evaluation of information at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
- Support one or more intelligence areas pertaining to, but not limited to, counter terrorism, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and fluency in/active usage of languages used in the analytic intelligence and counterintelligence process, and all phases of the intelligence cycle, such as production and dissemination.
EXPERIENCE:
- Ten (10) years of military/DoD training experience related to intelligence areas as outlined in the general duties/experience.
- Completion of a recognized instructor course (e.g., Marine Corps Instructor, FLEX, DLEC, or equivalent).
- Demonstrate expertise in one or more war fighting functions (C2, Maneuver, Fires, Logistics, Aviation, or Information Management).
- Prior military or DoD experience as a systems analyst, operator, or instructor is highly desired.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma/GED.
