Overview A well-established and highly respected business within the property sector is on the lookout for a NEW Part-Time Management Accountant in Tunbridge Wells. The business has built an excellent reputation locally and offers a friendly and professional working environment where your contribution will be genuinely valued.

This position will see you acting as the key point of contact for the company's finances before year-end review by external accountants, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and delivering meaningful financial insights to support business decision-making. This role is office based, working 3 days per week (10:00am - 5:00pm). Salary is circa £37,000 pro-rata plus excellent benefits. Higher salaries may be discussed.

Duties Prepare and post month-end adjustments including accruals and prepayments Manage payroll journals and reconcile PAYE accounts Oversee preparation and submission of group VAT returns Allocate and split invoices across group entities where applicable Perform intercompany reconciliations Calculate and apply fuel scale charges in line with HMRC guidelines Process and manage partner drawings Compile and provide year-end financial information to external accountants Deliver monthly profit and loss reports with commentary Post letting income recorded via external software into the accounting system What we're looking for A successful candidate for this role will have experience with similar responsibilities, be confident at using the software Sage and live within a reasonable commute of Tunbridge Wells.
