Our client, a prominent national vehicle fleet management company based in Hampton, Greater London, is seeking an experienced Accident Management Administrator.

Duties of a Accident Management Administrator:

Manage accident claims efficiently, ensuring all communication with clients, insurers, and bodyshops is professional and accurate
Record accident damage details in the company’s Accident Management system
Liaise with clients to ensure claim details are complete and accurate, following up on missing information
Notify insurers of claim details and instruct bodyshops to arrange estimates
Proactively manage vehicle repairs by liaising with bodyshops, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams
Process accident claims in compliance with client procedures, ensuring relevant documentation and communication with insurers and stakeholders
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all claims and repair progress within the company’s system

Requirements of a Accident Management Administrator:

Proven experience within the automotive industry, specifically in insurance claims, accident repair, or vehicle administration
Knowledge of vehicle accident processes and claims handling procedures
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively within a team
Familiarity with Accident Management systems and insurance processes (preferred)
