Location:

Bishop Perrin Primary School, Twickenham (TW2). Part‑time, term time only:
Monday to Friday, 2.50 – 6 pm.

• Overall responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the After School Club.
• Print daily registers and manage the sign‑in/sign‑out process.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the KOOSA Kids programme of activity and deliver activities accordingly.
• Have awareness of, and maintain sensitivity for, children with additional needs (Physical, Behaviour, Dietary).
• Purchase healthy snacks for the After School Club.
• Actively develop a thorough understanding of relevant Ofsted standards & KOOSA Kids internal policies & procedures, including safeguarding, and communicate any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead in a timely fashion.
• Ensure the After School Club operates to Ofsted and KOOSA Kids policies & procedures at all times.
• Carry out daily risk assessments & complete all relevant operational paperwork.
• Ensure all activity areas are left clean and tidy at the end of each day; carry out cleaning duties as necessary.

• Minimum 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in a childcare, early years or playwork setting.
• Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Playwork (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience working in a Primary School, Pre‑School or Nursery (e.g., Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator, Nursery Manager or Assistant).
• Reliable and passionate.
• Ability to relate and engage with children aged 4 – 11 years.
