PACE Recruitment seeks an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join a luxury residential refurbishment contractor operating across Twickenham and London sites. The role splits between Twickenham office and London project sites, supporting projects from tender through to final account.
The ideal candidate has experience as an Estimator/QS or Assistant QS with a main contractor background and strong commercial negotiation and communication skills. Salary is £50,000-£60,000 with a package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
