We’re forty-or-so content marketing pioneers, climbing the steep part of the learning curve together (the fun bit). We’re always challenging our clients to take a stand on the issues that matter most to their audiences and to find cool, new (mostly digital) ways to do it.

We work for some of the most interesting tech companies in the world, from disruptive start-ups to the big brands. And we do it from a lovely 1930s factory building in leafy Richmond – right by the river.

Talent and cultural fit are non-negotiable. Almost everything else is.

We’re now looking for an ideas‑led senior designer with solid brand experience and a kick‑ass portfolio. You’ll develop brand identities for a variety of channels, from inception to final delivery, and tackle everything from websites to e‑books, slide‑shares, videos, identity programs, banner ads, landing pages, ads, campaigns… pretty much everything.

• 5+ years agency experience
• Exceptional typography skills
• Photo shoot experience is a must
• Art direction of motion graphics and film is preferred
