Service Advisor
Basic Salary: £29,000 + Depending on experience OTE: £36,000
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am to 2pm

Twickenham

Are you an enthusiastic, team player, hardworking Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity within a car dealership?
Responsibilities- Arranging Service Department bookings.
- Ensuring efficient workshop loading while attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
- Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans.
- Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor in a customer service environment or main car dealership.
- Knowledge of Kerridge / 1 Link / Pinnacle systems or a similar DMS.
- Previous experience in Upselling.
- Full manual UK Driving License – subject to driver’s check.
