We are currently recruiting on behalf of a range of welcoming and high-achieving primary schools in Richmond upon Thames.

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils across mainstream primary schools in Richmond upon Thames from September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within the highly desirable borough of Richmond upon Thames, supporting pupils across inclusive and supportive school environments.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work within mainstream primary schools in Richmond upon Thames, where you will:

Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups
Assist the class teacher with classroom activities and lesson delivery
Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience working with children within a school or similar setting
Is patient, proactive, and adaptable
Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
Is passionate about supporting children's learning and development
Holds a DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one)
