We are working with a welcoming and supportive SEN school in Twickenham that is seeking an enthusiastic Post 16 Teacher to join their team from September.

• Teach and support Post 16 students with a range of Special Educational Needs.
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Foster independence, confidence, and life skills to prepare students for adulthood.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider school team.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment where every student can thrive.

• Holds QTS
  , QTLS
  , or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Has experience working with students with SEN (desirable but not essential).
• Is patient, compassionate, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every learner.
• Has excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Is passionate about inclusive education and supporting young people to reach their full potential.
