• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 7 and Year 8 students.
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
• Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student success.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Has experience teaching at Key Stage 3 or is confident delivering the secondary curriculum.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every student.
