Milk Education is seeking a motivated youth-focused role in secondary schools across Merton and Kingston. You will use coaching skills to support behaviour, engagement and emotional wellbeing, delivering mentoring sessions for individuals and small groups.
Working with experienced teachers and pastoral teams, you’ll help students overcome barriers to learning, promote participation, and foster resilience, with ongoing support and clear routes toward teacher training or longer-term roles.
