This role is an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant to join this delightful primary school based in Richmond and work alongside a dedicated and hard-working staff team, initially to work as part of the year 3 & 4 team although you may be required to work in other year groups. We require a compassionate and dedicated person to support and inspire our pupils.

The person must be committed to inclusion and be someone who can motivate all children to fully achieve in line with our ambitious curriculum. Our school environment is a very caring, nurturing one and we value and celebrate the achievements of every child.

The successful candidate will be:
  • A calm and nurturing individual
  • Have some experience working with pupils with additional needs
  • Able to support pupils emotional well being
  • Willing to undertake CPD and coaching from within school
  • Confident to use their own initiative, implement new strategies and take on board advice from external agencies
