Thames Water is expanding its Power Resilience capability and seeking a Battery and Generator Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance for auxiliary power systems at operational sites. Hybrid role, 36 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning team leadership, quality assurance and lifecycle planning.
You will manage maintenance performance and governance, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure readiness during outages.
