Engineer Surveyor (Lifting & Crane Equipment)

Covering the London Area (Must Live within the M25)

Basic from £42,500 (includes London Weighting) plus Car Allowance and an Excellent Benefits Package

Days, Monday - Friday, Flexible Working Hours

Our client is looking for Engineers with experience in forklifts, mobile elevated working platforms, passenger lifts and cranes seeking a different career path. The role involves inspection to identify and prevent potential defects, compliance with LOLER / PUWAR regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

• Inspect lifting equipment to identify defects and potential problems.
• Produce detailed inspection reports.
• Ensure customer compliance with LOLER / PUWAR regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Minimum Level 3 Engineering based qualification.
• Hands‑on experience with various lifting equipment (forklifts, platforms, passenger lifts, cranes, plant equipment, military vehicles, aircraft).
• Strong mechanical fault‑finding skills.
• Mechanical engineering qualification, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Experience working within manufacturing, military, marine, distribution or field service environments.
• Must live within the M25.

• Excellent knowledge of LOLER/PUWAR regulations.
