Rentokil Pest Control - Graduate Pest Control Technician

• Competitive salary package: £27,788 per annum plus £3000 London weighting allowance.

As an entry role, you will spend the first 6–12 months covering a specific geographical area. You will provide invaluable support to customers by resolving pest control issues while receiving comprehensive industry‑recognised training.

Key responsibilities include:

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.

After 12–36 months, you can choose a career path from:

• A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject including social science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality or Tourism.
• A desire to work hard and have fun while meeting and interacting with customers daily.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on role.
