Cazoo is seeking a Head of BI & Performance Reporting to build and lead the function from the ground up. You will own Power BI, govern semantic models, and drive an end-to-end BI strategy across Leadership, Marketing, Finance and Product.
You will manage a team of BI developers, collaborate with Data Engineering, and advance self-service analytics, reporting, and KPI delivery in a hybrid Richmond-based role.
