Overview

Vehicle Paint Technician

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year

Working hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:30pm | No Weekends

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent accident repair centre with an outstanding reputation for producing exceptional finishes on prestige vehicles. While they aren't manufacturer approved, they have built their reputation through craftsmanship, attention to detail and consistently high standards, working with both dealership partners and private customers.

Your Responsibilities
  • Prepare vehicles and panels ready for paint.
  • Mix and apply paint to manufacturer quality standards.
  • Carry out full refinishing work with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest cosmetic standard.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For
  • NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Refinishing (or time served equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a Paint Technician/Paint Sprayer within an accident repair centre or Bodyshop.
  • High standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
