Full Time Precise Recruitment Services is recruiting an experienced Sawman for a window and door manufacturing company based in Bloxwich. We are looking for someone with experience cutting PVC/uPVC or aluminium profiles who takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Key responsibilities Operate production saws safely to cut profiles to the required lengths and angles. Read cutting lists, measurements and production instructions.
Check dimensions and cut quality before passing materials to fabrication. Identify and report material defects or machinery issues. Organise cut components and minimise material waste. Keep the work area clean and follow health and safety procedures. What we are looking for Previous experience as a Sawman or saw operator working with PVC/uPVC or aluminium. Ability to read cutting lists and measure accurately.
Strong attention to detail and a practical approach. Reliability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with in window and door manufacturing would be advantageous.
