Sainsbury's is seeking a Night shift Manager to lead an overnight team and ensure the store runs smoothly from 22:00 to 08:00. You will prioritise deliveries, organise warehouse activities and replenish shelves while safeguarding colleagues’ safety and wellbeing.
You’ll coach staff to deliver excellent customer service, manage performance and scheduling, and ensure high standards are maintained so the store is ready for customers in the morning.
