The Role As Retail Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales, motivating the team and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be hands-on and highly visible on the shopfloor, leading by example and helping to create a commercial, energetic and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Drive sales and key retail KPIs including ATV, UPT and customer capture Support, motivate and develop the store team while leading from the shopfloor Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with returning clients Maintain excellent visual merchandising, stock and store standards Support daily store operations and take responsibility for the shopfloor during key trading periods About You We are looking for someone with experience as a Retail Supervisor, Senior Sales Consultant, Keyholder or Assistant Manager within fashion, premium retail, luxury retail or another service-led environment.

You will be commercially minded, confident working with KPIs and passionate about people, product and customer experience. An interest or previous exposure to digital marketing and customer engagement would also be highly advantageous.
