• Desirably have experience in home improvement design and showroom sales
• Experience working towards sales targets
• A passion for helping customers create their perfect space
• Ability to communicate with warmth, clarity, and commercial savvy
• An eye for design – or a passion to develop one – with strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, to support customers
• A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle for home design visits
