Role OverviewRX Global, a global leader in events and exhibitions, is looking for a sales leader to shape and execute strategic sales plans. You will work collaboratively across teams and markets, using data and customer insight to drive performance, strengthen client relationships, and inspire a high‑performing sales culture.
Responsibilities- Lead and deliver sustainable commercial growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans across all product lines.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities, optimise customer value, and improve revenue performance.
- Build strong, long‑term client relationships across digital and in‑person channels, delivering tailored, outcome‑focused solutions.
- Manage and forecast a complex sales pipeline with accuracy, identifying risks and market trends early.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high‑performing, inclusive sales team to maximise engagement and performance.
- Promote consistent sales excellence through coaching, training, and collaboration across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by testing new approaches, encouraging innovation, and supporting cross‑functional initiatives.
- Partner effectively with internal and international stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and ethical business practices.
- Proven ability to deliver sales results and contribute to commercial growth in a competitive environment.
- Experience supporting, coaching, or leading others to achieve shared goals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to use data to inform decisions, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple activities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and functions.
- Customer‑focused approach with experience using consultative selling techniques.
- Adaptable and resilient, with a willingness to learn, grow, and try new approaches.
- Interest in market trends, customer insights, and industry developments (experience in exhibitions or media is beneficial but not essential).
