A fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS organisation is looking for a Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer to join its expanding pre-sales team.

This is a customer-facing Sales Engineering / Pre-Sales role focused on delivering high-quality SaaS product demonstrations to SMB and mid-market customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with Account Executives, joining customer calls after discovery and demonstrating how the company's cybersecurity platform can solve specific customer challenges.

• Deliver engaging SaaS product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Join Account Executives on customer calls and support the sales process.
• Understand customer pain points and tailor demonstrations accordingly.
• Translate technical product features into clear business benefits.
• Support customer trials and proof-of-value activities.
• Define success criteria for customer evaluations.
• Conduct follow-up demonstrations and technical sessions throughout the trial.
