Business Development Manager

Salary: Base of £45,000 – £55,000 + uncapped bonus + benefits (DOE) – OTE is approximately £70k-£100k+ per annum

Greystone Consulting Group are partnering with a fast-growing, market-leading company in the construction sector to find a driven Business Development Manager
. This is a career-defining role for someone who thrives in B2B sales and wants to take ownership of their success.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle – from identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and developing accounts, through to closing deals and celebrating your wins. With an uncapped commission scheme
, your earnings potential is in your hands.

• Building and managing your own pipeline of new business opportunities
• Growing long-term client relationships and accounts
• Developing networks and generating leads through proactive outreach
• Partnering closely with operations to deliver for your clients
• Running a structured, effective sales process from start to finish
• Hosting client meetings, events, and networking opportunities

• A proven track record in B2B sales (construction sector experience desirable but not essential)
• Strong new business and account management skills
• Experience using CRM systems to track activity and pipeline
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, detail-focused, and confident in managing your own diary
• A positive, professional manner with a strong work ethic

• Uncapped commission – realistic OTE of £70k–£100k+
