Internal Sales Co-Ordinator

Location: Hampton

We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a manufacturer, based on the outskirts of Cambridge, who are seeking an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join their team. This is a customer-focused role where you will play a key part in driving sales, developing strong customer relationships and ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly, accurately and professionally.

Key Duties:

Develop new and existing customer relationships through proactive sales outreach, account management and follow-up. Identify opportunities to grow sales through cross-selling, upselling and account development. Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment. Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving queries where possible and ensuring they are followed through to completion. Maintain accurate customer and sales records across CRM systems.

Skills & Experience:
