Gas Repair Engineer – Twickenham
Home Serve UK
Join us as a Gas Repair Engineer in Twickenham. You will undertake the maintenance and repair of gas appliances and central heating systems in customers' homes, delivering industry‑leading service and driving customer growth.

Salary and Hours£51,400 per annum plus a guaranteed £3,000 bonus in the first year. You will work an average of 40 hours per week over the year, with seasonal variation and some weekend, evening, or bank holiday work.

- Maintain and repair gas appliances and central heating systems in customers' homes.
- Provide industry‑leading service and help enhance Home Serve’s reputation.
- Drive customer growth through high‑quality repairs and excellent customer service.
- CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1 certificates (copies required).
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
- Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
- Week 1:
Attend Head Office training in Walsall (Monday‑Friday). - Week 2:
Buddy with an experienced Home Serve Gas Repair Engineer. - Accommodations and meal allowance covered during induction where appropriate.
