AFC- Team Leader - Child & Family Team - Umb

Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting an experienced Team Leader to join the Child & Family Help Team with AFC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a Child & Family Help Team, ensuring effective early intervention and preventative support.
Provide regular supervision, guidance, and professional development to staff within the team.
Oversee assessments, planning, and interventions to ensure children's needs are identified and addressed promptly.
Ensure safeguarding concerns are managed appropriately and escalated when required.
Promote high standards of practice in line with legislation, statutory guidance, and local policies.
Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver coordinated support to families.
Contribute to service development, quality assurance, and performance management.

Working Pattern:
Hybrid working.

Pay Rate:
44.68 p/h Umbrella.

Essential Requirements:
Social Work qualification - Degree or equivalent.
Significant experience within children's social care, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, early help, and child in need processes.
Social Work England registration.
Ability to lead, motivate, and support staff within a fast-paced environment.
