Onboarding & Recruitment Coordinator | £30,000–£32,000 | West London (Multiple Sites)

Join a well-established organisation and play a key role in delivering high-volume recruitment across London.

We’re working with a respected client to find a Recruitment Coordinator who will support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple London locations, including Fulwell, Edgware, and Stamford Brook.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for supporting candidates through their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate recruitment activities including medical bookings, assessments, and compliance checks

* Deliver classroom-based training to support candidates preparing for theory tests

* Produce contracts and maintain accurate employee records in line with GDPR

* Support recruitment events such as open days and job fairs (occasional weekend work required)

* Deputise for the Recruitment Officer and contribute to reporting and project work

What You’ll Bring :

* Experience in recruitment coordination or a similar administrative role

* Confidence in delivering training or coaching in a group setting

* Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills

* Strong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented approach
