STRATA has an immediate opening for a full-time Office Administrator in our Twin Falls, Idaho office. We are seeking a highly organized individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the quality and timely distribution of engineering reports, laboratory testing results, field inspection documents, and other related materials. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be crucial in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality control review of all written deliverables prior to delivery, primarily to clients.
  • Order equipment and supplies, maintain inventories, and coordinate maintenance with the property manager.
  • Greet clients professionally, including handling incoming calls.
  • Create and update records and databases.
  • Serve as the human resources liaison, including reviewing resumes, scheduling candidate interviews, preparing for and orienting new employees and interns, and providing HR support for the local team.
  • Assist leadership in building and maintaining employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with fleet maintenance and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure employee timecards and expense reports are accurately coded and submitted promptly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience.
  • Self-starter who adapts to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and general computer know-how.
  • Ability to provide professional customer service.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to edit and proofread reports.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Previous experience with computer file management, general office procedures, proprietary software, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
