About the RoleWaFd Bank is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR serves a valuable role in our branch by providing a positive first impression through friendly and courteous service while performing efficient and accurate banking transactions. - High school diploma or approved equivalent.
- Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding.
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.

- Excellent organization, communication skills, and personable attitude.
- Previous work in retail, consumer service delivery, or client relations.
