Mission Northwest is helping a church find their next youth ministry leader:
- $60,000 starting salary plus $10,000–$12,000 in relocation assistance
- Build on an established middle and high school ministry
- Disciple students, develop volunteers, and partner with parents
- Student-ministry experience and worship leadership on guitar or keys are strongly relevant
