• Conduct intake and orientation for TARC Support Services clients; enter client data into computer.
• Perform drug and alcohol testing using assigned instruments; interpret results and advise clients on next steps.
• Fax test result sheets to probation officers; file and maintain accurate documentation.
• Answer client calls and record nightly messages for drug screening schedule.
• Prepare monthly billing for all funding sources and maintain accurate records of bills and payments.
• Maintain supplies inventory; perform other duties as assigned.
• Respond to County officials and citizens’ questions courteously and in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or GED; successfully pass Criminal History and Background Check.
• Proficient in drug testing techniques and instrument operation.
• Basic math skills; accurate documentation and filing techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication; clear and concise instruction delivery.
• Computer skills:
  Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar office software.
• Strong judgment and problem‑solving ability; work independently with initiative.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professional demeanor at all times.
