- Must be 18 years of age.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure.
- Any previous comparable experience.
- Equivalence to pharmacy technician experience.
- Understanding and adherence to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- Maintenance of current national and/or state registration, certification, or license.
- Assist pharmacist in all non‑judgemental responsibilities.
- Provide stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing steps.
- Support coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians.
- Compound medications according to state regulations.
- Perform post‑fill audits to verify prescription information against computer records.
- Support non‑dispensing services through platforms, resources, and applications.
- Complete all aspects of CLIA‑waived screenings consistent with state and federal law and company policies.
- Provide additional health and wellness services allowed by state and regulatory bodies.
- Comply with and enforce sanitation and safety regulations, identify unsafe conditions, and notify store management.
- Comply with legal regulations; report all illegal activity including robbery, theft, or fraud.
