Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information.
  • Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure.
Desired Qualifications
  • Any previous comparable experience.
  • Equivalence to pharmacy technician experience.
  • Understanding and adherence to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
  • Maintenance of current national and/or state registration, certification, or license.
  • Assist pharmacist in all non‑judgemental responsibilities.
  • Provide stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing steps.
  • Support coaching and training of clerks and/or technicians.
  • Compound medications according to state regulations.
  • Perform post‑fill audits to verify prescription information against computer records.
  • Support non‑dispensing services through platforms, resources, and applications.
  • Complete all aspects of CLIA‑waived screenings consistent with state and federal law and company policies.
  • Provide additional health and wellness services allowed by state and regulatory bodies.
  • Comply with and enforce sanitation and safety regulations, identify unsafe conditions, and notify store management.
  • Comply with legal regulations; report all illegal activity including robbery, theft, or fraud.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
