Are you a dependable, compassionate caregiver looking for variety, flexibility, and the chance to truly make an impact? We're looking for an Area Care Tech (ACT) to step in and support clients when regular staff are unavailable.

This dynamic role is perfect for experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing top-quality care.

Eligible employees will receive a $250 sign-on bonus
, split between their first two paychecks. To qualify for each bonus payment, employees must work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the applicable pay period. The bonus will be paid in two installments of $125 each, provided the employee meets the required hours for each applicable period. Failure to meet the hourly requirement will forfeit the bonus.

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
• Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas

• Age 18 or older
• Active CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
• Clean background check and drug screening
• Willingness to travel to client homes as needed
