• Troubleshoot and maintain network and Linux-based systems in POS/back-office environments
• Configure and secure network infrastructure (firewall rules, routing, diagnostics)
• Deploy and support software/hardware for clients
• Rotate through QA, Support, and CRM roles to expand your skills
• Document solutions to help the whole team

• Proven networking experience, including LAN/WAN configuration, firewall rules, subnetting, and solid understanding of the OSI model
• Proficiency with network diagnostic tools (wireshark, tcpdump) and route table management
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and clear written/verbal communication
• Based in — or willing to relocate to — Twin Falls,

• Experience with SQL, Type Script, POS systems, or Software Quality Assurance testing
